Elevate Dayton is excited to announce an official partnership with The ONEIL Center at Wright State University to form an internship program for Wright State students. Interns have the opportunity to gain experience in writing and creating digital content while working with Elevate Dayton staff as well as earning bylines for the online publication.

The ONEIL Center team plans to contribute stories about Dayton’s initiatives in higher education, workforce development and experiential learning.

Brandy Foster, executive director of The ONEIL Center, appreciates how the program gives students real-world experience by meeting rigorous deadlines and learning about editorial standards.

“The ONEIL Center strives to provide meaningful experiential learning to as many Wright State students as possible and to make a positive impact on the Dayton community,” she said.

“This is a great opportunity to continuously recruit new interns and further expand the pipeline of students from The ONEIL Center to the region,” said Foster.
